Dry Needling, Myofascial Cupping
and Orthotics
Dry needling is a form of acupuncture that uses direct musculoskeletal landmarks for its treatment rather than traditional acupuncture points. Fabulous for overuse and sporting injuries.
Myofascial Cupping involves using negatively pressured cups over musculoskeletal landmarks to increase blood supply to the tissue, while giving a gentle stretch to the underlying soft tissues to improve recovery!
