  • Where can I find parking?

    Free parking is available at St. Ives Shopping Village on Denley Lane for 3 hours or nearby street parking for 2 hours.

  • How can I find the clinic?

    Front entry is on 186 Mona Vale Road, St. Ives next to Harvie Real Estate Group. 

    Go up the stairs and our clinic door is on the left. 


    Back entry is on Denley Lane opposite of St. Ives Shopping Village parking exit. 

    Go up the stairs and follow the corridor until you find F45, and there should be a door that leads to our clinic. 

  • What can I expect from my appointment?

    First time in our clinic? 

    Initial consultation will be at least 45mins consisting of thorough history, detailed physical examination and treatment, all in the first session.  


    Coming for a follow-up appointment?

    Follow-up consultation will be 30mins, starting with 10mins of heat to relax the muscles, and chiropractic treatment that consist of muscle release, mobilisation, adjustment, cupping, dry needling and many more!

  • What should I wear to my appointment?

    We recommend wearing loose and comfortable clothing that can be easily taken off or moved. 

    We also have clean patient gowns that you can change into if needed.

  • Does Medicare cover Chiropractic?

    Yes, in limited cases. Your GP can refer for you up to 5 treatments per year if you meet the definition of chronic & complex disease. The Medicare scheme is "Chronic Disease Management" 

  • Does Worker & Motor Accidents insurance cover Chiropractic?

    Yes, SIRA (State Insurance Regulatory Authority) allows Chiropractic for valid workers compensations & CTP motor accidents claims.

  • Does DVA (Department of Veterans Affairs) cover Chiropractic?

    Yes, for valid White & Gold card holders 

  • Is chiropractic covered by private Health Fund Insurance?

    Yes, we accept all major private health funds! We swipe your health fund at each visit and you will have to cover the gap cost. Please bring your physical or digital version of your private health fund card each visit!
